Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

1️⃣ Damaged Product Return

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product is received damaged, leaking, or broken

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo or video proof of the damaged product is mandatory

2️⃣ Result-Based Refund (Course Completion Policy)

This refund policy is strictly applicable only after completing the full course.

If:

  • The customer follows the complete recommended course for 3 months

  • Uses the product strictly as per instructions

  • And still does not get the expected results

Then:

  • The full refund of the remaining (unused) medicine amount will be provided

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Refund is applicable only on the remaining/unused medicine

  • Used or consumed medicine amount is non-refundable

  • Proof of remaining medicine may be required

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

  • Product damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Failure to follow the complete course

  • Incorrect or inconsistent usage

  • Late return requests

  • Discounted or promotional products (if mentioned)

Refund Process

  • Once the return/refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method only
